The Santa Cruz Chorale presents The Best of “Christmas with the Chorale”

At this point in the season, we Santa Cruz Chorale singers are now finding ourselves humming the Christmas concert selections over and over, sometimes even in our sleep!  Some of the pieces are the ones we must carefully, painstakingly work on for weeks, before they can be sung to our satisfaction. Others are joyfully easy and we quickly resume mastery.

By now we hope you have your tickets to this weekend’s concert, which includes Stravinsky’s “Mass” and Renaissance motets for choir and wind instruments.

Earlier this week, our Artistic Director, Christian Grube, was interviewed by Scott MacClelland.  Mr. MacClelland interviewed Dr. Grube about his early life, influences, and how he came to be the Director of the Santa Cruz Chorale. The following link will take you to the article:
