Come Hear The Award Winning Cuesta Chamber Singers

Performing the works of some of America’s premier composers, the Cuesta Chamber singers were personally invited by the Chorale’s artistic director Christian Grube after hearing them perform. “We are very pleased to bring groups of such caliber to Santa Cruz”, said Michael Logue, the Chorale’s Vice President.
“Santa Cruz deserves it and we love sharing the experience of singing in Holy Cross with our guests.”

The Cuesta Chamber Singers, under the direction of conductor John Knudson, have received top honors at
the California International Choral Competition and the Vokal Total Festival in Austria. The Chamber Singers
will be joined by the Santa Cruz Chorale in performing three pieces by Samuel Barber.
